  13. If there are perceived barriers to hiring me, have I prepared my answers to these objections in a graceful and truthful manner?
  14. Do I know how to gracefully get the interviewer to tell me how many positions are open? How many people they're interviewing? When they hope to fill the position? Who else is involved in the hiring process?
  15. Do I have a thorough follow-up program, including a way to track and activate specific scheduled activities?
  16. Do I have a clear and focused job search action plan?
  17. Do I have a way to identify and evaluate my current network? (Do I have the right people in my network?)
  18. Do I have a strong and proactive plan to increase and enhance the quality of the network on a weekly basis?
  19. Am I clear on the R.O.I. the company would see in hiring me? And am I prepared to articulate it succinctly?
  20. Do I know how to read the mind of the interviewer?
  21. Do I understand where the interviewer is in the company food chain? And how to change my approach based on the interviewers responsibility and authority?
